Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through the Systems Literacy Initiative website.
By purchasing any product from Systems Literacy Initiative LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital downloads.
Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, a download link will typically be displayed on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery generally occurs immediately following completed payment, although email delivery may take several minutes depending on the customer’s email provider.
Download links may expire after a limited period for security purposes. If a download link expires or the customer is unable to access the file, a new download link may be generated upon request.
Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered electronically, it cannot be returned.
For this reason, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all sales are final once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered electronically, unless otherwise specified in this policy.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
Subject to applicable law, we do not offer refunds except in the specific circumstances described below:
Duplicate purchases of the same product
Technical defects in the file that prevent download, opening, or normal use
Failure of the product to be delivered after completed payment
A digital product will be considered not delivered only if the customer contacts us and we are unable to provide access to the file within a reasonable period of time after the request is received.
If a technical issue occurs, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing assistance, replacement files, or alternative download access.
Within these specific circumstances, we will review each request in good faith and may approve a refund, replacement, or other remedy at our discretion.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Misunderstanding the product description
Failure to review product details prior to purchase
Inability to use the file due to device, software, or technical limitations
Personal expectations regarding the usefulness or outcomes of the materials
You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and system requirements before purchase.
4. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests must include:
Order confirmation or transaction receipt
Description of the issue encountered

We encourage you to contact Systems Literacy, Initiative LLC to resolve any purchase issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, as we can often resolve issues more quickly this way. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under your payment card agreement or applicable law.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, where technically feasible. If the original payment method cannot receive a refund (for example, due to account closure), we will work with you in good faith to identify an alternative method consistent with our fraud-prevention and compliance obligations.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and are outside our control.

Your purchase and use of our products are also governed by our Terms of Use and Disclaimer, which address, among other things, that our materials are informational, are not clinical services, and do not create a professional-client relationship. Systems Literacy Initiative LLC may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” The version of the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.
